There are 0.3L and 1.4L horizontal sand mills for the lab testing.
Construction:

3. for 0.3L lab use bead mill, it is automatic circular grinding structure, no need pump and valve.
For 1.4L lab use bead mill, it is outside transfer pump. User can choose double-diaphragm fluid transfer pump, gear pump, screw pump according to raw materials viscosity.
4. Transducer adjusts the rotor speed of main machine, which is much easier to control the whole effect.
5. Simply operation, convenient and simply to remove the grinding groove to wash; 6. Swift changing the lab prescription is available.
7. Cooling and heating procedures according to different requirements is available.
8. Non Ex proof for water based formulations, Ex proof for solvent based formulations.
